Streamroot DNA™ delivery works on top of the origin and CDN of your choice. Use this page to configure your Wowza Streaming Engine to work effectively with Streamroot DNA™.
What you need to configure
CORS are necessary for the video player to access the media content when using Streamroot.
There are two ways to enable CORS on your Wowza server:
1. In your wowza engine manager; and,
2. In the Application.xml file.
Wowza engine manager
To activate CORS from your wowza engine manager:
- Select your Application.
- Edit your application.
- Allow the CORS option by checking the box.
Another alternative is to manually edit your Application.xml file.
You can find this file by following this path: <Wowza_installation_directory>/conf/<application>/Application.xml
Edit (or add if it doesn't exist) the following property to the HTTPStreamer Properties container:
